PROCESS + WORKING TOGETHER

How we work

Alexander and Olympias study a bronze relief map of a city.

We learn your business, establish a starting point, prioritize improvements and do the work. You receive plain-English updates showing what we checked, what we changed and what we observed, including when nothing has moved.

The discovery call

We learn about your business and customers, look at the questions buyers might ask about businesses like yours, explain how we'd approach the work, and tell you honestly whether we think we're a fit.

The call is a chance to discuss scope, the information we need and any questions about working together.

What the first 90 days usually look like

A typical start. Your plan is shaped by your business, and timing varies. This describes how we work, not a contract term or a guaranteed result.

  1. Discover.

We learn your business, your customers and your competitors, and agree on the questions that matter most.

  2. Baseline.

We check where you show up today, and where you don't, so later work can be compared fairly.

  3. Prioritize.

We pick the changes most likely to help first: pages, content and business information.

  4. Implement.

We make the relevant site, content and information improvements.

  5. Review and reprioritize.

We look at what changed, what didn't, and adjust the plan for the months ahead.

The ongoing work loop

Research, check, improve and report. We revisit the questions that matter, look at the answers, make relevant content and information improvements, then use what we learned to choose the next priorities.

That is a work loop, not a fixed schedule or a guarantee that a particular change will produce a mention.

How we measure observations

We record the buyer question, which assistant we asked and the date. We note whether your business was mentioned or cited and where each observation came from.

Answers vary by system, wording and time, so one check is a snapshot, not a ranking. We look at what changed and what did not without treating a screenshot as evidence of lasting visibility. A citation is not a sale.

What your update contains

Every update is written for a business owner, not an analyst. You see what we checked, what we did, and what it may mean, including when nothing has moved yet.

AI answers can change. We show where observations came from and when; a single answer or screenshot is not evidence of lasting visibility.

What we need from you

We need knowledge of your business and customers, timely feedback and approval of factual claims. The work also needs appropriate access to the website and business information being improved.

We discuss what access is needed for your situation before that work starts.

Who is a good fit?

Local businesses and B2B companies that want customers to find them through AI search and want someone to do the work. We may not be the right fit if you need guaranteed rankings, or if we can't work with you on your website and business information.

Read about the service and monthly retainer before the call.
